Chamber Music and Intrumental Masterclasses held in and around one of the most beautiful medieval areas of Tuscany. The large music studio is equipped with a grand piano, comprehensive library, and recording facilities.

Accommodation is in an independent historic stone farmhouse overlooking the beautiful lake Montedoglio.  Set in it’s own large grounds in a protected area of outstanding natural beauty. A large private swimming pool is also available for fun an

d relaxation.

Robert Turrell - During the university academic year, Robert lives at The Circus, Bath (UK) where he offers private violin/viola lessons to talented musicians. He also works at The Royal Academy of Music, London. During the summer holidays, Robert moves to Calcinaia, Tuscany (Italy), where he is the director of “International Chamber Music Studies”.  Robert is also the principal conductor of The Philomusica of London, one of the longest established chamber orchestras in the world, and guest conductor of many others
