The Farmhouse, as featured on the BBC is an historic Casa Padronale, set in large, fully fenced secure grounds on the hills of eastern Tuscany overlooking a large beautiful lake. The English owners, Robert an orchestral conductor and Sarah a potter have won acclaim for their restorations of listed historical properties in the UK (Daily Telegraph, Sunday Times, Period House, Period Property).

Robert & Sarah looked at over 60 properties around Tuscany before they happened upon this charming estate and its neighbouring town Anghiari, and knew instantly this was the place where they wanted to restore. The location is truly breathtaking and un-spoilt. .
